Elicia Ratcliff

Being part of the GRIT Team has been a goal of mine since its inception. I value being part of a team environment where shared ambition drives collective growth, and where athletes can learn from and support one another in pursuit of excellence. Over the past 18 months, I trained in Ireland with PARC Stables and Bourns Sport Horses, gaining valuable experience working with young horses and developing them within professional programs. That experience strengthened my horsemanship and deepened my understanding of producing horses thoughtfully and effectively. I am confident that being part of GRIT will help me continue expanding that knowledge and refine how I implement it within my riding here at home. With a new horse acquired this past August and plans to begin showing next season, I am especially excited to work alongside the outstanding coaches and riders within GRIT, while also sharing the insights I gained abroad with my teammates.
