ITTY GRITTY Curriculum

ITTY GRITTY 2026-27 Curriculum
The ITTY GRITTY curriculum is designed to provide younger athletes with the support, education, and mentorship they need during the early stages of their development. Through age-appropriate programming, athletes build the foundational skills, confidence, and performance habits that support long-term success in sport while fostering a lifelong passion for equestrian. By preparing athletes earlier in their development journey, ITTY GRITTY helps them transition with confidence into future high-performance opportunities, including the GRIT pathway.
In addition to the monthly curriculum, ITTY GRITTY athletes will receive access to a customized Strength & Conditioning (S&C) program developed and overseen by the GRIT Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Annual Athlete Development Curriculum
The ITTY GRITTY curriculum is designed to support athletes aged 10–13 through a balanced combination of virtual education, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. The program follows the annual calendar and focuses on developing well-rounded athletes.
