Stable Conversations is a monthly discussion series designed to bring stable owners and managers together to share openly, learn from one another, and tackle the real challenges of running a barn.

The Stable Conversation: Planning for Equine Retirement & End-of-Life with Integrity is a thoughtful, discussion-based Stable Conversation session focused on how stable owners can responsibly plan for the full lifecycle of their horses. Experienced voices will share real-world approaches to balancing welfare, ethical decision-making, and business sustainability, followed by guided small group discussions to explore common challenges and considerations.

Together, participants will reflect on topics such as quality of life, responsible rehoming, funding retirement, and communicating difficult decisions—leaving with a clearer, more intentional approach to supporting their horses throughout every stage of their lives.
