The Stable Conversation: Client Boundaries & Culture – Setting Expectations That Support Your Stable is a discussion-based session designed to help stable owners create clear, consistent expectations that support both their clients and their team. Experienced industry voices will share what’s working in their programs, followed by interactive small group discussions to explore common challenges around communication, parent dynamics, payment enforcement, and handling difficult situations.

Working in groups, participants will gain insight, share experiences, and leave with practical strategies to build a more respectful, positive, and sustainable barn culture.
