Using a cohort working together in a virtual environment, candidates in the group will work together with experienced Master Coach Developers Ruth Allum (HP1 – Eventing) and Helen Richardson (Competition Coach Specialist – Eventing) through training and mentoring to prepare for certification. The cohort will kick off the training and mentoring process in January and will work together through the recommended training and prep for Coach Specialist candidates. The training included in this course:

Extra sessions are included with the cohort to help prepare portfolio and coaching submissions for evaluation.
